Returns and Refunds Policy

DITRADINO is committed to offering a clear and fair return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Clearance or discounted products

• Customized or personalized items

• Hygiene-sensitive products once opened

3. Return Requests

To request a return, customers should contact support@ditradino.com with their order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Timeline

After the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If a product arrives damaged or different from the order, customers should notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase. Once processing or shipment has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
