Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

2. Delivery Estimates

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (Vietnam): 3–7 business days

• International deliveries: 7–15 business days depending on destination and local courier service

Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, shipping carrier delays, or external circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight.

4. Tracking Information

Customers will receive a tracking number by email once the order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

5. Customs and Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes required by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers must ensure that all shipping details are accurate. DITRADINO is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
